No miracle fix!
There is no miracle fix when trying to lose weight, we just need patience and understanding. Our body will help assist us in shedding fat if we properly eat. Starving and bingeing will only increase our risk of obesity. In order to lose weight we must have calories along with fat to burn.
Fat is okay to have in moderation and small amounts. A balanced diet along with sleep, water and exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle and the rewards of losing weight come with that package.
Losing weight because of influence around you versus losing weight because of a healthier lifestyle.
Have realistic goals.
Stay away from artificial sweeteners and synthetic ingredients
Artificial sweeteners and synthetic ingredients will keep you from losing weight. The body requires sugars but limit them in moderation and low quantities. Many diabetics including those who are trying to lose weight use artificial sweeteners, but they are not aware of the health risks they pose.
Our liver carries the toughest job of them all to metabolize our digested food. If our liver is overwhelmed with toxins, it's efficiency can be questioned. The liver also filters unnecessary waste out of our bloodstream. When the liver is busy eliminating toxins or unrecognized substances in the body, this leaves less time for the liver to do its main job that is to distribute necessary fats and nutrients. This can cause weight gain, leaving many toxins to stay in the body and cause an imbalance. This is when someone who wants to lose weight sees no progress and will likely gain more pounds because of a overwhelmed liver and bile.
Hence this is the reason Splenda & Co claims it has zero calories because it cannot be metabolized by the liver and is not recognized by the body. The more artificial sweeteners you add to your body, the more weight you will not be able to lose or the possibility of weight gain. Link to Splenda study. and a second one.
Another sweetener with a bad reputation containing traces of mercury, "High Fructose Corn Sirup". Yes, it's in all our soft drinks, ice creams, juices - majority of food products. High Fructose Corn Sirup is present in mainly mass quantity food items. New studies show High Fructose Corn Sirup makes you FAT, plain and simple, you will gain weight. Study 1: HFCS causes weight gain. Study 2: Sucrose can be addictive.
So put down your diet sodas, and cease use of artificial sweeteners. Losing weight can be a struggle, but the only way to combat this is by eating healthy and eliminating all foods which are NOT natural. If your body cannot metabolize it, you're better to stay away from it.
