What else am I possibly missing in my life?
He continues to say there is an imbalance and much acid built up this can be caused by eating too many acidic foods. This is diagnosed as over-souring (Acidification of the body) as he continued to speak German to me. I explained I am a vegetarian who is highly conscious of what I eat and the quality of my foods. He continued to say acidification of the body has other causes including exposure to pollution.
After my visit I felt a bit puzzled as to how I could improve this condition of Acidosis and what I could possibly be doing wrong in my life to accumulate such an imbalance. I later researched about Acidosis and what other doctors had to say on this subject. I was quite enlightened as to what I had found.
Increase of acids by increasing the intake
Slow or under active infiltration by the excretory system
Overeating of sweets
Acidification of the body over a chronic period of time may result in disease as the improper pH of the body allows fungi and bacteria to live and thrive.
Aches and pains
Although there are many causes of acne, acid waste can be pushed out through outbreaks on the face in the form of acne. Although there is no studies backing this claim, it is clear bacteria that causes acne is unable to survive in a alkaline environment.
After conducting further research on the many causes of over-souring (acidification), I came to the conclusion that unless I am drinking contaminated water, surrounded by environmental contamination, surrounded by pollution, or exposed to synthetic preservatives through foods, then certainly these other causes I cannot relate to. The possibilities of my environment surrounding and pollution I am exposed to could be the cause. Pollution is a form of toxins that can certainly overload ones system by interaction with one of our biggest organs; our skin, through inhalation, or through consumption.
In our article A Link Between Organic Foods we covered the topic of the bodies incapability to excrete synthetic compounds. Synthetic compounds may overload our system causing a dis-link in our other organs or causing other organs to work harder. This creates an imbalance and then disease has room to settle in and develop. The body can and will excrete toxins when not in a stressed environment along with the correct diet and supporting supplements.
Chlorella - is a fresh water green algae. It has existed for over 540 million years. Chlorella is chlorophyll rich and is involved to help produce oxygen into the atmosphere. Chlorella was one of the first foods on our planet. Chlorella is more closely related to mankind than that of the popular spirulina.
The name Chlorella was established from partly the Greek and Latin language. Chlorine originates from a Greek word that means "pale green" and from the Latin ella which means small. Green Algae is very active and produces within 20-24 hours four new daughter cells.
As unicellular organisms each chlorella algae contains everything they need for survival and when we take Chlorella we receive all vital ingredients this algae has had for millions of years. When we eat other nutritious vitamin filled foods such as apples, bread, or eggs, we are not receiving all organisms.
With taking 3grams of chlorella each day, we receive our phytochemicals -- lutein, carotene, zeaxanthin, and chlorophyll. In addition we receive our daily requirement of B12 and iron.
Chlorella can make a valuable positive contribution to our health especially if taken every day as a supplement. Chlorella is taken regularly upon the Japanese and Taiwan population. Regular consumption of Chlorella positively affects our well-being.
Metals can accumulate in the body leaving us feel fatigued, heavy, and tired.
Symptoms or results of metal poisoning are below
MS Multiple Sclerosis
Metals like cadmium can accumulate in the body from smoking cigarettes. Other metals are passed through the body by contaminated foods of wine, fish, olive oils, and some particular coffees. Metal poisoning can also be caused by Amalgam fillings. Amalgam fillings are fillings you receive at the dentist. Amalgam fillings are composed of mercury, silver, and tin. There is much controversy over whether amalgam fillings are toxic or dangerous. There is much evidence of mercury causing many ailments from hearing loss, autism, and Alzheimer's.
Metal is not safe to have in the mouth nor is it safe to have in the body accumulating in the cells and organs. Chlorella can help safely detox the metals out of the body. Chlorella will start with stimulating urination so your body is encouraged to release toxins quicker. Chlorella is known to bind with pesticides, heavy metals, and synthetic compounds and assist them out of the body. Chlorella supplies the bloodstream with a significant amount of oxygen making elimination on a cellular level much efficient.
Chlorella works for Anemia sufferers, fowl stools, low energy, and weakened immune systems. Chlorella is also suggested for cancer patients, chronic fatigue, and body detoxification.
By my Alternative practitioner as well as two other doctors including one who has written a book in German about over-acidification tells me Chlorella is much better than Spirulina or "blue-green algae. In experience, I have taken spirulina but did not notice any effect. Supplements for every person may have different effects.
If you live in a city with a lot of pollution, moving to a place where there are more trees and green surrounding to compensate for the exposure of toxins is a one way to cut down on overwhelming your body.
Watch what you eat, limit eating foods out of cans, reducing GMO foods, educate on what foods might have more metals present due to the environment it is grown in. A farmer friend of ours is a grad of agriculture and biology mentioned to us we should research about what lands have more metal in them. He learned during his studies that the most metals in the ground are present in China, Latin America, Mexico, parts of the United States and the least metals are present in Africa. In this case, soil remediation must be practiced.
